Basic Function and Distinguishing Characteristics
Under the direction of a One Stop Site Supervisor, perform a variety of duties to coordinate support services for clients; conduct client follow-ups to verify continued employment and effectiveness of services; assist in verifying client documentation requirements and monitoring voucher controls; prepare and maintain client case records and files.
Education and Experience/ Licenses and Other Requirements
Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and one year of experience in an employment training agency or related field.
Some positions in this classification may require possession of a valid California driver's license and proof of current California auto liability insurance at time of appointment and throughout employment in this classification.
Some positions in this classification may require personal transportation for job-related travel.
Supplemental Information
A valid driver's license may be required at the time of appointment and employees may also be required to drive their own vehicle and provide proof of liability insurance as per Vehicle Code VC § 160020. Individuals who do not meet this requirement due to a disability will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
This position may require pre-employment drug test, physical examination, and fingerprinting for a background investigation.
