Client Services Specialist, $24-26/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a client-focused and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through ongoing support. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about building strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  • Manage client accounts, including tracking activity, updates, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, project teams) to meet client needs
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement or upselling
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and client communications
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal databases
  • Resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Communications, or related field)
  • 2-4 years of experience in client services, customer service, or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in legal, insurance or financial services
  • Strong relationship-building and client retention skills
  • Experience handling high-volume client interactions
  • Ability to analyze client data and provide insights
