Client Services Specialist II Compensation: pay $16.79/hr ; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates)

Client Services Specialist II Highlights: contract w/ potential perm based on attendance/performance/business needs; required availability: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT (must be onsite in Franklin, TN 3 days/week; flexible on which days)

Client Services Specialist II Responsibilities

• Process prior authorizations and appeals
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• Document cases clearly and accurately in accordance with program guidelines
• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal teams and program partners
• Plan/organize work, set priorities, and complete work with minimal supervision
• Participate in cross-training to perform multiple roles within the department
• Other duties as assigned

Client Services Specialist II Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Strong phone-based customer service and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to document cases clearly/accurately
• Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems/tools in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work onsite in Franklin, TN 3 days per week (required)

Client Services Specialist II Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (preferred)
• Knowledge of Medicare benefits, enrollments, and LIS assistance
• Prescription drug reimbursement / insurance benefit structures knowledge
• Experience with case documentation or benefit verification tools (CRM/case platforms, payer portals, etc.)
