Your Role: Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting client expectations through critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries.
  • Participate in client conference calls as needed.
  • Maintain organized and accurate client and firm documentation.
  • Monitor the Client Services inbox and ensure all client requests are acknowledged and responded to within 24 hours.
  • Cross-train to assist with client audits and the firm's internal audit process.
  • Learn and follow all client guidelines, work standards, and firm procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Schedule

Full-time Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. | Onsite
