Part-Time Client Services Representative (CSR)
24/7 Call Center | AM Shift Coverage
Schedule: Saturday–Tuesday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (flexible start time)
Hourly: $18–$20 (depending on experience)
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you’re the communication hub for both emergency and non-emergency diagnostic service requests. You’ll be coordinating care, supporting field teams, and making sure patients and clients get the fastest, most accurate service possible.
What You’ll Do:
- Take incoming orders from clients via phone and digital systems in a 24/7 call center environment
- Enter and manage orders in our medical tracking system with accuracy and speed
- Dispatch and route technicians using real-time tracking tools
- Provide status updates, ETAs, and communicate results promptly
- Support technicians in the field with troubleshooting and order clarification
- Monitor routes, priorities, and exam statuses to ensure efficient turnaround times
- Create and distribute CD images upon request
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, nurses, and field staff
- Resolve issues quickly by coordinating information and solutions across teams
- Keep operations moving with urgency, accuracy, and a strong customer-first mindset

- Strong communication skills (verbal + written)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Comfort working across multiple systems at once
- Strong interpersonal skills—you’ll be talking to everyone from techs to medical professionals
- High school diploma or higher
- Experience in healthcare, customer service, or dispatch is a plus (but not required)
- Availability for weekend and rotating shifts is required
