Position Overview
The Client Services/Relationship Manager plays a key role in delivering a high-touch, client-centered experience aligned with our clients' commitment to transparency, trust, and proactive financial planning. This position serves as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, exceptional service, and strong relationship management throughout the client journey.

Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
· Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
· Coordinate and schedule client meetings, reviews, and check-ins
· Assist advisors with client onboarding, including data collection and account setup
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CRM systems
· Prepare client meeting materials, reports, and documentation
· Ensure timely follow-through on client requests and service needs
· Support the implementation and ongoing servicing of financial plans
· Collaborate with internal team members and external partners (e.g., CPAs, attorneys) as needed
· Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information

Requirements
· 2+ years of experience in client service, customer relations, or administrative support (financial education and/or industry required)
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
· Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in financial planning, wealth management, or the insurance industry
· Familiarity with financial terminology and processes
· Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred but not required)
