BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Service Manager in our Philadelphia, PA Habilitation Home Care office.

Responsibilities for a Client Services Manager:

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care • Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues • Manage your Client Services Manager caseload while proactively growing it • Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations • Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team • Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics and client authorizations

Client Services Managers will partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to Habilitation Technicians. In collaboration with the Clinical Manager, Habilitation Manager, Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and other teams, they will act as an advocate for clients in the Habilitation program. They will participate in Person-Centered Planning processes, collaborate with the client, family, Case Managers, DSPs, and other teams to implement and evaluate client scheduling needs, and participate in client ISP meetings. They will also maintain ongoing communication with Case Managers/Care Coordinators and other stakeholders.

Qualifications for a Client Services Manager:

• Bachelor degree is required • At least 1 year of experience with the I/DD population (Preferred) • Prior medical office or home care experience preferred • Prior supervisory experience a plus • Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement) • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position • Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
