Senior Helpers is seeking a compassionate, organized, and relationship-driven Client Services Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in home care, healthcare, senior living, client services, account management, or related fields who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping seniors remain safe and independent at home.

As a Client Services Manager, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients and their families, ensuring exceptional service delivery while supporting company growth through lead conversion, client retention, quality assurance, and community outreach initiatives.

Position Summary

The Client Services Manager is responsible for coordinating client services throughout Lancaster County. This position focuses on converting leads into clients, maintaining high client satisfaction and retention, growing service hours, conducting assessments and quality assurance visits, and developing relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources throughout the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct client assessments, reassessments, and service evaluations using our proprietary LIFE Profile assessment system.
  • Develop and maintain individualized Service Care Plans and ensure plans remain current and accurate.
  • Conduct regular client visits to evaluate service quality, client satisfaction, and overall outcomes.
  • Complete caregiver introductions, first-day service calls, and follow-up visits during the first 30–90 days of service.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and family members and proactively address concerns or service issues.
  • Coordinate with scheduling and care team personnel to ensure care plans are properly implemented and followed.
  • Assist with client visits and care coordination in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare settings.
  • Support client retention initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance services and improve quality of life.
  • Respond to service inquiries and follow up with prospective clients to achieve conversion goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client activities and communications within company systems.
  • Represent Senior Helpers at networking events, healthcare meetings, community programs, and other professional functions.
  • Develop relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation facilities, senior living communities, social workers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with presentations, meetings, and educational opportunities with referral partners and community organizations.
  • Support discharge planning efforts and transitions of care to help seniors safely return home.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, client services, account management, sales, healthcare operations, home care, senior living, or a related field.
  • Previous home care, healthcare, senior living, social services, or related industry experience preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize responsibilities in a changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills with prospects, clients, families, and referral partners.
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport and build trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new software systems and technology platforms quickly.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Ability to travel throughout Lancaster County.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
