Work items for this role are heavily audited and carry legal risk if not completed correctly.ResponsibilitiesComplete hostile termination cases including processing for involuntaryvoluntary surrenders skip charge offs and deceased do not pursue terminations. Assess repossession charges to the account assigning the asset to auction and ensuring the appropriate post repossession notice is sent to all impacted parties in accordance with the legal guide. Also responsible for sending deficiency notice post auction sale. 80Maintain communication with internal and external customers including Collections DRMs and dealerships 10Complete reinstatement processing includes moving funds received post repossession to general suspense reversing the termination and ensuring repossession title processing is halted and the title is available to be returned to the vault. 10 Qualifikationen QualificationsApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.This position requires a minimum of 1 year of overall work experience.
