Client Services Director

Duties include the following:

• Develop and implement educational programs to instruct clients on important topics including the market and economy
• Create standard, branded client documents to support the client lifecycle (onboarding, data gathering, annual review, etc.)
• Develop marketing plans and manage marketing projects to build business with target households, based upon available resources
• Assist financial advisor in identifying, targeting, and developing relationships with centers of influence such as tax preparers and attorneys
• Create, proofread, edit professional presentations for client use
• Define social media approach; create and deliver social media content
• Create client service schedule for each client to ensure proper attention is given to each household based upon their target level of service
• Assist current Client Service Associate as needed to provide service solutions to existing clients (open new accounts, change address, process distributions, etc.)
• Manage calendar and travel on a weekly basis
• Receive cross-training and assist with other operational functions as required

Additional Skills and Requirements:

• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Mastery of Microsoft applications (MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Willingness to learn new suite of software
• Able to build relationships with clients
• Act with a "service first" mentality, joyfully helping clients as needed
