Client Services Coordinator

Full-time, On site

M-F 9:30am - 6:00pm

Primary Role:

Preparing and auditing pre-billing information to ensure payor information is correct. Non-emergent Dispatching tasks with various duties for the Intake Team.

Primary Job Functions:

Dispatching:

Receive and process non-emergent service requests via phone, email, or other communication channels

Schedule and/or dispatch service vehicles based on priority, availability, location

Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including requests, times, status

Communicate with EMS personnel to provide instruction, route information, updates

Monitor and track vehicles to ensure timely service

Resolve scheduling conflicts and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly

Adhere to company policy and procedures to ensure compliance with operational guidelines

Billing:

Collaborate with billing department to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of required documentation

Handle inbound and outbound billing-related calls from patients and clients

Assisting callers with making payments and resolving billing inquiries

Collecting and entering insurance information accurately into the system

Providing excellent customer service while addressing financial questions and concerns

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous healthcare customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask in an effective manor

Proficient in Outlook email communication

Proficient in various office applications Word, Excel

 

New Hires will receive comprehensive training on payment processing and insurance data entry procedures
