About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Experience & Logistics Coordinator to help organize and manage client-facing details from start to finish. In this role, you’ll support the coordination of schedules, arrangements, and logistics while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients.
This position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy working with details, staying organized, and communicating with others in a fast-paced, remote environment.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and planning details for client requests
Communicate with clients to provide updates and ensure accuracy of information
Organize logistics related to events, accommodations, and general arrangements
Work with vendors and service providers to confirm and track details
Maintain organized records, timelines, and documentation
Assist with updates, changes, and ongoing coordination needs
Collaborate with team members to ensure all details are handled efficiently
