We are seeking an organized, professional, and outgoing individual to serve as our Office Coordinator & Brand Representative. This role combines front-office administrative responsibilities with customer-facing brand representation at events and off-site locations. The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, and comfortable interacting with customers both in the office and in our mobile showroom.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Schedule appointments and maintain company calendars
Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
Office communications, messages, and follow-ups
Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
Brand Representation
Serve as a professional ambassador for the company
Educate customers about our products and services
Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers
Support marketing and promotional initiatives
Mobile Showroom Support
Staff and represent the company at off-site events, trade shows, community events, and promotional locations
Assist with setup, operation, and breakdown of the mobile showroom
Engage visitors, answer questions, and generate leads
Ensure the showroom is presented professionally and reflects company standards
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Experience in customer service, reception, administrative support, or brand promotion preferred
Comfortable working both in an office environment and at off-site events
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to lift and move promotional materials and event equipment as needed
