Sanders Fine Portraits is a luxury fine art portrait studio creating heirloom artwork for families. We're hiring a warm, dependable, detail-oriented person to support our studio manager and make every family feel taken care of, from the first phone call to the moment they leave.
The Schedule
- 2 days in-studio (long days, 10-12 hours)
- 1-2 days remote, focused on appointment confirmations and client follow-up
- Averages 30-34 hours per week
- Steady, relationship-based phone work with no cold calling
What You'll Do
In-studio:
- Welcome clients into a beautiful, upscale environment
- Engage with and supervise children during sessions by keeping them comfortable, entertained, and safe while the team works
- Help families feel at ease from arrival to goodbye
- Keep the studio polished and running smoothly
- Support the studio manager with day-to-day logistics
From home:
- Make confirmation and follow-up calls
- Handle client questions with warmth and professionalism
- Keep records accurate and details airtight
You're a Great Fit If You Have
- A background in childcare, nannying, or working closely with kids and genuinely enjoy it
- Experience in a high-touch customer-facing role (luxury retail, hospitality, concierge, front desk)
- A reputation for being dependable, warm, and easy to work with
- A natural talent for anticipating needs when supporting staff and clients
- Comfortable on the phone with an instinct to close the loop on every detail
- Pride in the small things: a confirmed appointment, a tidy space, a child who felt safe, a client who left happy
Compensation & Benefits
- $19/hour
- Up to $300/month bonus based on appointment retention
