Client Services Associate
Job Description
The Client Services Associate provides full support to one or more Advisors & will primarily manage the execution of all of Advisors’ recommendations, preparation & closure of client meetings. Those responsibilities include data collection for investment analysis & operations, risk management implementation & service, and drafting client communication. This position will allow the associate to get broad exposure to an integrated financial planning practice.
Responsibilities
Insurance Operations
Prepare Insurance documents for client meetings
Assist clients through the insurance application process through underwriting to policy delivery
Monitor case progress and follow-up proactively
Manage insurance policy servicing
Investment Operations
Prepare investment documents for client meetings
Open and fund new accounts
Execute account transfer, rollovers, and money-movement requests
Manage investment servicing
Client Correspondence
Answer inbound phone & email inquiries
Handle client service requests
Proactively communicate with VIV Wealth Partners team and clients regarding account onboarding and servicing
Daily Time Spent (Approx.)

Qualifications
BA/BS Degree required; Financial Planning/Finance/Economics/Business Major highly preferred
Life & Health and Series 7 Preferred
Must have strong organizational & prioritization skills
Excellent follow-up & follow-through capabilities
Task oriented
Professional attitude, flexibility, demeanor, & appearance
Must be an above-average communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
Must have an understanding of investments & general financial knowledge
Previous work experience in the financial industry is preferred
Must be able to demonstrate ability to build & maintain client relationships and trust

All associates must obtain Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 within the first 6 months of employment. All costs (study materials & exam) for the first try are covered by employer.
