Roetzel & Andress LPA, a multi-state law firm with an administrative center in Fairlawn, Ohio, has an immediate opening for a full-time Client Services Assistant to support the Finance Department. This position is in-house with the possibility of hybrid after individual has met skill proficiency as required by management team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients by email and phone to assist with payments and inquires.
Provide copies of invoices.
Handle client calls to assist with credit card payments, address concerns or questions as necessary
Gather information to process/submit appeal responses on ebilling sites
Work closely with attorneys and staff to resolve billing or payment application questions
Provide reports to clients/attorneys/management via Elite-3E or Excel, as requested
Review of accounts receivable aging
Submittal of write off requests
Assist with other accounting tasks and special projects, as needed

Education and Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Knowledge of general accounting procedures
Knowledge of relevant accounting software (Elite-3E) preferred
Previous experience in electronic invoicing sites preferred
Knowledge of billing and e-billing processes preferred
Proficient in data entry and time management
Accounting degree or 2+ years of customer service and general accounting experience required
