What your day will look like:- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and information.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
