Were looking for a detail-oriented, relationship-driven CSSR to support client onboarding, retention, and account experience inside a growing insurance agency. This is not a call center role. This is a client relationship + retention support role designed to make sure every client we write actually stays, understands their coverage, and has a smooth experience with our agency.

Salary Range: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Responsibilities
What youll do:
Onboard new insurance clients within 2 business days
Ensure policies are issued correctly and clients understand their coverage at a high level
Handle documentation, billing setup, and carrier requirements
Provide proactive follow-up with new clients after binding
Identify coverage gaps and future opportunities (home, auto, umbrella, life)
Maintain clean client files and accurate CRM notes
Help create a consistent, high-touch client experience
What were looking for:
Strong communication skills (phone comfort is required)
Detail-oriented and organized
Coachable and consistent with process
Comfortable working in a structured system without sounding robotic
Prior insurance or customer service experience is a plus, not required
Must be licensed in at least property and casualty - $500 sign on bonus paid after probation period.
