Were looking for a detail-oriented, relationship-driven CSSR to support client onboarding, retention, and account experience inside a growing insurance agency. This is not a call center role. This is a client relationship + retention support role designed to make sure every client we write actually stays, understands their coverage, and has a smooth experience with our agency.


What youll do:

  • Onboard new insurance clients within 2 business days
  • Ensure policies are issued correctly and clients understand their coverage at a high level
  • Handle documentation, billing setup, and carrier requirements
  • Provide proactive follow-up with new clients after binding
  • Identify coverage gaps and future opportunities (home, auto, umbrella, life)
  • Maintain clean client files and accurate CRM notes
  • Help create a consistent, high-touch client experience


What were looking for:

  • Strong communication skills (phone comfort is required)
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Coachable and consistent with process
  • Comfortable working in a structured system without sounding robotic
  • Prior insurance or customer service experience is a plus, not required


Compensation:

  • $12-14/hr base pay
  • Up to $1,000/month performance bonus based on:
  • onboarding completion quality
  • timely follow-ups
  • client experience standards
  • accurate opportunity tracking (X-dates, coverage gaps, etc.)


Additional earning opportunities:

  • Separate commission opportunity for successfully referred or assisted life insurance cases
  • Occasional performance rewards (gift cards, event tickets, etc.) based on consistency and execution
  • Growth opportunity as the agency expands (additional responsibilities, higher earning potential)

Salary Range: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
