We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team.
As the main point of contact, you will greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and handle follow-ups.
You will explain fees, process payments, recommend products and services, and educate clients on pet care topics.
Additional responsibilities include managing medical records, maintaining the facility, and ensuring a clean environment.
Compensation ranges from $17-20/hour, with benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k), and pet discounts.
