Seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join a well-established, multi-doctor animal hospital on the West Bank of New Orleans. No veterinary experience necessary; training available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, following up with clients, explaining fees, processing payments, recommending products/services, educating clients on pet care, managing medical records, and maintaining a clean facility.
Work hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-6pm and Saturday 7:00am-2:00pm, closed Sundays and holidays.
