Client Service Representative

We are currently hiring a Client Service Representative to join our team in Memphis, TN. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives on the phone, and can stay highly organized when managing details and data.
What This Role Looks Like:
This is a dynamic, office-based position with a balance of communication and administrative work:
- ~50% of your time: Speaking with customers - handling service needs, scheduling, follow-ups, and ensuring a positive experience
- ~20% of your time: Coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and technicians to keep jobs moving
- ~30% of your time: Administrative work - data entry, setting up maintenance agreements, billing support, and working extensively with spreadsheets

Schedule and Pay:
- Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour, depending on experience

What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in service coordination, administrative support, or a similar role
- HVAC or construction industry experience is a plus
- Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with customers and partners
- Excellent attention to detail, especially with data entry and documentation
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Experience with service management software (ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, or similar) is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- A team player who communicates well with both office staff and field teams
Work Environment:
This is primarily an in-office role with occasional visits to job sites. The position may involve light physical activity from time to time, such as handling small tools or accessing field locations with proper safety equipment.
