This exciting location will offer both General Practice and Urgent Care services, providing comprehensive care to the community's pets.

We are seeking a Client Service Representative with experience managing a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, and serving as a liaison between clients and our medical team. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to remain calm and professional during emotional or stressful situations. Comfort handling pets on a leash or in a carrier is also important.
This position offers a unique opportunity to support both our General Practice and Urgent Care services. Approximately half of each shift will be spent at the General Practice reception desk, where you will schedule appointments for both General Practice and Urgent Care, answer client calls, and assist with the checkout process. The remainder of the shift will be dedicated to Urgent Care reception responsibilities, including answering phones, scheduling urgent care appointments, welcoming, and checking in walk-in clients, and assisting with client checkout.
Experience with EzyVet is a plus but not required. We value the ideas and contributions of every team member and foster a culture where collaboration, initiative, and open communication are encouraged.

Anticipated Schedule:
This is a full-time position:
5 days a week / 2pm-10pm
Weekend and holidays are required.
Compensation:
$18.75-$21.75 an hour depending on experience.
