    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome clients and provide a friendly, professional experience from check-in through check-out.
    • Answer multiple phone lines, triage patient needs, and direct calls appropriately.
    • Schedule appointments and procedures while maintaining an organized and efficient calendar.
    • Process client payments, including cash, checks, credit cards, and special financing or deferred payment options.
    • Conduct client outreach and respond to email correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
    • Scan, copy, and maintain accurate patient records and other hospital documentation.
    • Balance and maintain an accurate cash drawer and prepare daily financial reports.
    • Assist with light pharmacy responsibilities, including filling medications, counting pills, and preparing written prescriptions as directed.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and work area.
    • Support the hospital team with additional administrative and client service tasks as needed.


    About You

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Client Service Representative in a veterinary hospital is required.
    • Exceptional customer service skills with a strong commitment to creating a positive client experience.
    • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
    • Adaptable, dependable, and able to pivot quickly to meet the evolving needs of the hospital, clients, and patients.
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
