Client Service Manager I

In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients feel supported and valued every step of the way. You'll collaborate with our Account Executive team to deliver the best solutions during renewals and beyond. By cultivating strong relationships with clients and internal teams, you'll help secure existing business and identify opportunities for growth. Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of Gallagher.

Required: Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.
