The Client Service Leader, Energy is responsible for developing and expanding client relationships, driving business growth, and leading strategic business development efforts within Barge''s Energy market. This role serves as the primary relationship manager for key clients and prospects, working collaboratively across business units to identify opportunities, secure new work, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
The Client Service Leader develops and executes market growth strategies aligned with Barge''s strategic plan while fostering long-term partnerships with clients in the power generation, electric utilities, renewable energy, battery and energy storage, transmission and distribution, natural gas, industrial energy, data center, and emerging energy sectors. This role works closely with technical leaders, project managers, and subject matter experts to position Barge for success throughout the project lifecycle-from opportunity identification and pursuit through project execution and client retention.
Success in this role requires a strong professional network, deep understanding of the energy industry, proven business development experience, and the ability to connect client needs with Barge''s multidisciplinary engineering and consulting capabilities.
