About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Client Service Coordinator (CSC) / Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients and their pets receive exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing compassionate care to both clients and their pets while helping our hospital run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment.
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments and directing calls to appropriate team members.
Assist clients with check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow.
Manage patient records accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date client and patient information.
Communicate with clients regarding appointment details, follow-up care, and hospital services.
Address client questions and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Coordinate with the veterinary team to relay important information and ensure seamless communication between clients and practitioners.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and inventory management.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Comfort with using computer systems, scheduling software, and multi-line phone systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while providing top-notch service to clients.
Passion for working with animals and a desire to contribute to a positive experience for clients and their pets.

- Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience. Starting at $15.00 per hour
