We are seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Client Services & Claims Advocate to join our growing team. This role is critical to delivering exceptional client service by managing claims, coordinating communication, and ensuring the accurate, timely processing of client information. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and committed to providing high-quality care and support to our clients. This position is part-time with the potential to become full-time.
· Client Service & Communication
· Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, delivering timely, professional support
· Monitor and respond to office voicemail and text messages
· Take detailed call notes and document client interactions in internal systems.
· Schedule client appointments and send reminders by phone and text
· Enter new client information, update existing records, and track referral sources using AgencyBloc
· Create and maintain accurate client folders and documentation
· Support client retention through proactive communication and service
· Assist clients with Medicare insurance claims by coordinating with insurance carriers and billing departments.
· Research and resolve claim-related issues efficiently
· Process prescription drug tier exceptions and formulary exemption requests as needed
· Fax client forms, applications, and policy cancellations to insurers accurately and promptly.
· Ensure all documentation is complete, compliant, and properly filed
· Maintain organized records and follow established workflows and procedures
· Previous experience in insurance, healthcare, or claims processing is preferred but not required.
· Strong customer service and communication skills

· Comfortable with CRM systems (AgencyBloc experience is a plus) and office technology
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· $45,000 - $55,000 Based on experience
