Key Responsibilities: As a Client Service Associate, you will be an integral part of the client service team, and will SUPPORT the Advisors in:
Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
·Education: Bachelor’s degree is required, as well as a willingness to work toward obtaining a CFP or a comparable financial planning designation.
·Prior experience with financial industry CRM a plus Prior experience with Schwab plus
·Prior experience with DocuSign a plus
·Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services and investment advisory industry.
·Financial Expertise: Proficiency in financial planning and an understanding of investments across various asset classes.
·Relationship Management: Exceptional relationship management and organizational skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
·Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial planning software.
·Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex financial information to clients.
