OSCA, a division of Tang & Company which provides instructor-led and computer based safety training, has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Client Services Associate. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented, with a professional and respectful attitude, efficient and able to prioritize tasks. Pay Rate: $18/hr Essential Duties and Responsibilities Heavy customer interface by telephone, electronically or face to face Respond promptly to customer inquiries Handle and resolve customer complaints Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints Provide prompt, courteous service to all external and internal customers Assist with special projects as assigned Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource Manage customers accounts Keep records of customer inquiries, comments and complaints and actions taken Communicate and coordinate with internal departments Follow up on customer interactions The Client Service Associate will also possess strong customer service and problem-solving skills, technical knowledge or technical aptitude, strong listening and oral communication skills as well as team orientation organizational skills.
