  • Collaborate across the team to deliver a consistent client experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and overall efficiency
  • Support the firm's integrated tax planning efforts by organizing client information, coordinating with the tax team, and helping ensure planning recommendations are implemented accurately and on time
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in client service or operations within a wealth management or financial advisory firm
  • Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 licenses required
  • Florida Life/Health license preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and investment concepts
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
  • A client-first mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment
Why Join Us

  • Meaningful Work - Support a sophisticated client base with complex financial needs
  • Collaborative Culture - Work alongside an experienced, team-oriented group of professionals
  • Stability & Longevity - Join an established firm with a long-term mindset focused on both clients and team members
  • Growth & Development - Gain broad exposure to wealth management while building your technical expertise and advancing your career over time

Compensation

We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package aligned with experience, contribution, and long-term growth within the firm, along with support for ongoing professional development.
