Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client and attendee inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and professional support

- Assist event attendees with event registration, scheduling, directions, and general event information
- Create a welcoming and positive experience that enhances attendee satisfaction and brand perception

Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, hospitality, event coordination, or marketing preferred
