Our client, a wealth advisory firm, is seeking a Client Service Associate for a direct hire role in Chicago, IL. This is a hybrid role.

Day-to-day, this position entails:
  • Scheduling client meetings across multiple advisors
  • Preparing and processing custodian paperwork
  • Acting as custodian liaison troubleshooting and resolving issues and discrepancies while seeking platform enhancements
  • Providing billing and client administrative support
  • Executing client workflows using designated CRM and reporting platforms
  • Serving as Office Administrator back up support when necessary
Our client is looking for motivated candidates who have a passion for forging relationships with both clients and colleagues to create an exceptional client service and work experience. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for organization, coordination, and accuracy along with the ability to forward think and focus on details while being curious and empathetic toward both colleagues and clients.  Experience in a financial service client custodian support role at an RIA or family office is ideal. Familiarity with financial terms and situations is helpful but not required.

To be successful in this position, you should demonstrate:
  • Strong organizational skills, interest, and aptitude
  • Strong attention to detail resulting in executing work with consistency, thoroughness, and accuracy
  • Experience with custodian paperwork, ideally Charles Schwab
  • Experience with CRM and reporting systems, ideally Advisor Engine and Tamarac
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • The capacity to prioritize workflows and manage deadlines
  • The ability to work efficiently, compassionately, and collaboratively in a team-based setting
  • The ability to be flexible to pitch in and pivot
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • At least three to five years of post-undergraduate experience
Compensation:
Annual base salary range: $65,000 - $75,000. Discretionary Bonus tied to firm and individual performance.

Compensation may vary depending on qualifications including, without limitation, job-related education, training, experience, licensure and certification, which could result in a level outside of this range.
