Client Service Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Financial Advisors to support client relationships and daily operational needs
- Coordinate and execute new account onboarding, including SMA and alternative investment accounts
- Manage cash balances, asset transfers, and account maintenance activities
- Monitor custodian platforms (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity) for alerts, discrepancies, and NIGOs
- Ensure all KYC and compliance requirements are met and properly documented
- Serve as a liaison across internal teams, including operations, marketing, and client support functions
- Maintain and update client records within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Support advisors with calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow-up materials
- Assist with trade execution and liquidity management activities
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies as the business continues to scale
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2–3 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or client service operations
- Experience working with custodian platforms such as Schwab or Fidelity
- Strong understanding of KYC, compliance, and financial industry standards
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with client-facing confidence
- High attention to detail and strong risk awareness mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms
- Series licenses (not required but considered a strong plus)
