Our rapidly growing Bellevue financial advisory firm is immediately seeking an 'A-Team' Senior Client Service Associate.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Passionate about customer service
  • Impeccable character, stainless ethics, and a burning desire for success
  • 3+ years in financial services industry required
  • CRM (Hubspot or equivalent) experience required
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Google applications, and other CRM Software required
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment required
  • Series 65
  • WA State Life & Health Insurance License preferred
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
This position requires that you possess the following skills:
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to delegate, multi-task and manage a busy workload
  • Excellent organizational thinking and communication skills
  • Excellent business acumen, ownership mentality (can "bull dog" things when necessary)
  • Excellent reliability (core hours 8:00AM to 5:00PM)
Duties of the Senior Client Service Associate:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, custodians, and other advisors (CPAs/attorneys)
  • Participate in client meetings, record notes, prepare summaries and manage post-meeting action items
  • Handle overflow money movement requests, including capital calls, distributions, journals, and assets transfers
  • Gather organized and input client data into CRM (Hubspot); manager data integrity and keep records current
  • Prepare and process all documentation related to client onboarding, implementation and ongoing maintenance.
  • Present clients with ideas and concepts in an organized and effective manner, including specific planning topics (in conjunction with internal tax, investment, and estate planning professionals).
