About the Position:
This role is a unique blend of executive support, relationship management, business development coordination, and administrative operations. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to our Business Development Director, helping ensure opportunities are organized, prioritized, and executed effectively.
This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary administrative and business development support resource for company leadership, helping maintain organization, accountability, and follow-through.
· Manage and prioritize emails, calls, tasks, and requests while ensuring timely responses and consistent follow-up.
· Draft, edit, and send professional communications, proposals, presentations, and sales materials on behalf of leadership.
· Coordinate meetings, calendars, and follow-up activities, including meeting preparation, confirmations, reminders, and documentation.
· Maintain accurate and detailed records in NetSuite, including prospects, contacts, opportunities, notes, and tasks.
· Assist with lead generation, referral partner development, client outreach, and business development initiatives.
· Document processes, create procedures, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
· Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and help keep projects, opportunities, and commitments on track.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service and seamless communication.
· Perform other duties as assigned in support of business development, client service, and company growth.

· Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software; NetSuite experience preferred.
· Strong attention to detail, documentation, and process improvement.
· Knowledge of payroll, accounting, insurance, merchant services, or other professional services industries is a plus.
Required Education and Experience
· High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
· Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role preferred. Experience in a B2B sales and support environment is a plus.
