Client Reporting Regulatory Consultant

Our client is seeking a Client Reporting Regulatory Consultant with deep experience across client reporting operations, regulatory reporting obligations, statement production, trade confirms, and mailing operations within a financial services environment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Support and optimize client reporting operations across statements, confirms, regulatory mailings, and e-delivery processes
• Manage and improve workflows related to monthly/quarterly statements, trade confirms, inserts, and mailing production schedules
• Support regulatory reporting obligations, mailing timelines, and delivery requirements
• Build and/or help structure client reporting operational teams and workflows
• Develop and document procedures, controls, and end-to-end operational processes
• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk
• Partner with technology, operations, compliance, product, and business stakeholders on reporting initiatives

• 10+ years of experience within Client Reporting Operations
• Strong experience with:

• Strong understanding of regulatory obligations, delivery timelines, and operational controls
• Experience building or structuring client reporting teams and operating models
• Strong process improvement, exception management, and quality control experience
• Experience within financial services, investment management, or wealth management environments
• Experience with automation or workflow tools preferred
• Strong analytical, process design, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
