Client Reporting Associate (Change Management)

We're seeking a Client Reporting Associate to join a highly collaborative team supporting reporting transformation initiatives, process improvements, and day-to-day operational activities within a fast-paced financial services environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Support the delivery of client reporting activities and ongoing operational processes
Assist with automation and reporting transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency
Coordinate project activities, testing efforts, implementation tracking, and stakeholder communications
Document business processes, workflows, controls, and operational requirements
Monitor project timelines, identify potential risks, and escalate issues as needed
Partner with Operations, Technology, Product, and Business teams to support strategic initiatives
Participate in stakeholder meetings, provide updates, and help drive action items to completion
Support issue tracking, risk management, and change management activities
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in asset management, wealth management, client reporting, fund operations, or related financial services operations
Bachelor's degree required (finance, economics, or related field preferred)
Strong understanding of operational processes, workflows, controls, and data management
Experience supporting process improvements, operational efficiency initiatives, or automation projects
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis, and reporting
Familiarity with reporting and automation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Seismic, SmartDX, or similar platforms
Working knowledge of SQL or data querying tools
Experience supporting projects, change management initiatives, testing, or implementation activities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams
