We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager professional who is motivated to contribute to growth while building long-term value through direct engagement and consistent sales performance.


In this role, the Client Relationship Manager will serve as a key connection between our services and the customers we support. This position is ideal for someone who understands the importance of relationship- building, communication, and maintaining a results-oriented approach in a fast-paced field environment.

Core Responsibilities as a Client Relationship Manager:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a Client Relationship Manager.
  • Support the execution of daily sales initiatives through direct, in-person engagement. 
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions aligned with Frontier Residential services. 
  • Track interactions and maintain accurate records of customer activity and outcomes. 
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall sales strategies and performance. 
  • Stay informed on service offerings to ensure clear and confident communication as a Strategic Partner - Account Management.

Key Functions as a Client Relationship Manager:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • A goal- oriented mindset with interest in sales and account development. 
  • Ability to stay organized and consistent in a field-based role.
