As a Client Relations Manager, we will teach you everything about AT&T Fiber, from hyper-fast speeds to unlimited data and transparent pricing. Then, you'll go with our clients, listening to their internet needs and presenting a solution that works. This sales role requires the Client Relations Manager to handle the entire sales cycle, from first hello to signing.
Responsibilities of the Client Relations Manager
- Introduce clients to AT&T Fiber Internet by leading conversational sales interactions that highlight dependable speeds and strong home Wi-Fi.
- Help clients compare AT&T Fiber options by explaining plans in a simple way that supports confident sales decisions.
- Maintain steady sales momentum by answering questions and keeping conversations focused on client needs.
- Assist with closing sales by guiding clients through account setup and ensuring all details are handled smoothly.
- Build long-term sales opportunities by staying connected with clients and supporting ongoing service satisfaction.

Qualifications of a Client Relations Manager
