We are seeking a motivated and energetic Client Relations Associate to join our growing Event Marketing and Fundraising team. This entry-level role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, supporting fundraising campaigns, and ensuring exceptional donor and customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, donors, and event participants.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Represent clients and nonprofit partners at fundraising events, community outreach activities, and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide information about campaign objectives, fundraising initiatives, and event details to attendees.
  • Track donor and client interactions, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to support campaign goals and client objectives.
  • Resolve client concerns professionally and promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, or event experience is a plus but not required.
