Broadridge is hiring! We're seeking a Client Project Administrator to join our stellar team. The Client Project Administrator coordinates all phases of complex mutual fund proxy campaigns from inception through final delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction. This role partners with clients, vendors, and internal teams to manage campaign requirements, track progress, resolve issues, and support process improvements. The Client Project Administrator also maintains strong client relationships while providing administrative and project support in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support for the largest, most complex proxy campaigns, coordinates campaigns from initiation to completion, executing all aspects of the campaign.

  • Leads and coordinates all tasks, assuring timely completion of all aspects of a campaign including data processing, typesetting, operations, programming, billing, special handling, and tabulation.

  • Maintains excellent client relationships through regular outreach activities, including client visits as required.

  • Communicates, collaborates, and coordinates with clients, outside vendors, and internal colleagues to ensure all specifications and requirements are gathered and followed during the entire campaign.

  • Identifies and researches issues/errors/omissions arising during a campaign, working with colleagues and management towards resolution and identifies process improvements in order to reduce and mitigate risk in the future.

  • Actively participates in SER (System Enhancement) initiatives related to Mutual Fund proxy inclusive of SER/PDD writing, specifications gathering and user acceptance testing and coordination.

  • Ensures and coordinates all necessary notifications regarding campaign details internally and externally in order to gather and report on estimated quantities, data, necessary approvals, and operational and production schedules.

  • Working with project manager and senior project manager to provide adhoc administrative support on all proxy campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • 5+ years of mutual fund industry and/or insurance product knowledge familiarity

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines

  • Highly detail oriented

  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $75,000 - $85,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
