We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we are looking for a Client Invoicing Clerk for our client, who is an industry leading specialty law firm who specializes in the representation of financial institutions, investors, title insurers, housing authorities and select businesses in all matters related to servicing, mortgage banking, consumer finance, title insurance, real estate finance, and the enforcement of mortgage loans.

The Client Invoicing Clerk is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Reviewing and resolving invoicing discrepancies, processing billing adjustments, and reconciling accounts.
  • Assisting with a variety of reports and accounting-related tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
  • Working extensively with computer systems and accounting software while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Remaining focused for extended periods while performing repetitive, detail-oriented work.
  • Providing additional support to the invoicing, collections, and accounting teams as business needs require.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Minimum six (6) months to one (1) year of invoicing, billing, AP/AR or related experience required.
  • Ability to perform high-volume work with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) proficiency required.
  • Minimum 50 WPM typing and 10-key data entry proficiency required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Pay Rate Range: $21.00 hourly

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
