Salary Range: $36000.00 - $95000.00 per year

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Welcome and onboard new clients

Conduct policy reviews

Handle policy changes and service requests

Assist clients with billing and coverage questions

Support retention efforts

Strengthen household relationships

Generate referrals through exceptional service

Help identify coverage gaps and protection opportunities

Deliver an outstanding client experience

What We're Looking For

1. Prior insurance agency experience
2. Property & Casualty & Life Licensed
3. Strong communication skills
4. Professional attitude
5. Strong organizational skills
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize
7. Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
