As a Client Finance Specialist, you help ensure the personal finances of the individuals we support are handled accurately, responsibly, and with care. From paying bills to tracking income and spending, your work helps create financial stability and peace of mind for individuals, families, and program staff. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage personal finances for individuals served, including paying bills, tracking income, and handling weekly spending funds
  • Keep financial records accurate by entering data, reconciling bank statements, and preparing reports
  • Work with internal teams, guardians, and case managers to share needed financial information
  • Assist with budgets, tax paperwork, and resolving billing issues for homes and individuals served

  • Someone with experience handling financial records who understands the importance of accuracy and confidentiality
  • A detail‑oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A dependable team player who communicates clearly and works well both independently and with others
  • A high school diploma with related experience or an associate degree, along with basic knowledge of accounting, spreadsheets, and budgeting
