- Role: Marketing Analyst II (Part-Time, Hybrid)
- Duration: 3+ months part-time (20 hours/week)
- Location: Atlanta, GA or Carmel, Indiana.
This position is ideal for someone who is client-focused and analytically driven. You’ll work closely with the Client Experience Marketing Manager and Director to enhance the end-to-end client journey by leveraging data, insights, and feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute Client Experience (CX) strategies across brands
- Analyze client feedback, surveys (CSAT/OSAT), and operational data to generate actionable insights
- Assist in journey mapping and identifying key client pain points
- Develop CX-related content such as client communications, training materials, and enablement tools
- Support client advisory sessions, feedback forums, and internal presentations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams
- Track CX initiatives, performance metrics, and project timelines
- Assist in budget tracking and coordination with agency partners
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, client experience, or insights roles (B2B preferred)
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
- Experience with CX/VOC tools like Qualtrics, Medallia, or Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
