Client Experience Associate/ Intake Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Experience/Intake Specialist, who thrives in a fast paced environment and understands that first impressions matter. The role is responsible for answering inbound calls, gathering case information, processing mail and faxes, and other administrative duties as directed. 

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a law firm , call center, or customer service role is preferred
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to handle high call volume and multitask effectively 
• Comfortable discussing sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software
