What You'll Do

As one of the first people our clients interact with, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You'll:

• Help clients with payments, policy changes, claims questions, and everyday insurance needs
• Work alongside AVa, our proprietary AI-powered teammate, to complete service requests faster and more accurately
• Process Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) transactions
• Keep client records accurate and organized
• Answer phone calls and emails with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
• Collaborate with our experienced team to ensure every client receives outstanding service
• Learn the insurance business from experienced professionals while helping shape how AI transforms our industry

Requirements

Who You Are

You don't need to know everything about insurance.

We're much more interested in finding someone who is eager to learn, enjoys solving problems, and cares deeply about helping people.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Love learning new technology
• Are naturally organized and detail-oriented
• Enjoy talking with people and building relationships
• Stay calm and positive when things get busy
• Take pride in doing things the right way
• Are dependable, curious, and eager to grow

Insurance experience is a plus—but it's not required for the right candidate.

If you're willing to learn, we'll teach you the insurance business.

Bonus Points If You Have

• An active Massachusetts Insurance Producer License (or are interested in obtaining one)
• Previous customer service experience
• Experience working in an insurance agency
• Familiarity with Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) transactions
• Experience using agency management software or CRM systems
