Emerald Edge Promotions is hiring a Client Engagement Associate to support our AT&T campaign by creating positive, informative experiences for new and existing customers. This role focuses on building strong connections, guiding customers through service options, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

What You’ll Do:
- Connect with customers to introduce AT&T wireless and fiber service options
- Provide clear, accurate information to help customers make informed decisions
- Assist with new account setup and service enrollment
- Maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support customer follow-ups and basic account questions
- Participate in team training and daily development meetings
- Track interactions and updates to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Contribute to team goals focused on engagement and service quality
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly approach
- Ability to build rapport and create positive customer interactions
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations or tasks

- Comfortable in a customer-facing environment
- Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus (not required)
