Position Overview
The Client Engagement Associate (CEA) a client facing role that provides expertise and daily support on the MSIGHTS Platform. A CEAs needs to think like a marketer to provide the best reporting and data quality possible. A typical day for a CEA includes monitoring of day-to-day MSIGHTS Platform operations and usage, data QA, client training and support on the Platform, coordination with the technology team to meet deliverables, manage client projects, and resolve data issues. The Client Engagement Associate is data-driven and eager to learn.
