QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3–5 years’ experience selling complex data, diagnostics, or consulting services into biopharma.
  • Strong relationship builder with experience navigating multi‑stakeholder pharma environments.
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close business while expanding stakeholder networks.
  • Confident presenter and negotiator with strong strategic thinking skills.
  • Comfortable owning account plans, managing CRM pipelines, and driving results independently.
  • Collaborative team player who works seamlessly across product, data, marketing, and customer success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Grow & Retain Key Accounts: Drive ARR, ACV, and revenue retention across priority oncology and non‑oncology brands.
  • Be the Client Partner: Own senior relationships, act as the primary point of contact, and build long‑term strategic partnerships.
  • Lead Engagements: Run regular check‑ins, gather feedback, and create alignment that drives renewals and expansion.
  • Build the Strategy: Develop multi‑year account plans that unlock sustained ARR growth.
  • Spot Risks & Opportunities Early: Identify churn risks, surface upsell opportunities, and guide clients toward high‑value solutions.
  • Use Data to Drive Decisions: Apply insights to shape account direction, forecast accurately, and support confident decision‑making.
  • Execute Commercial Excellence: Create proposals/SOWs, manage a clean pipeline, and qualify opportunities with discipline.
  • Collaborate & Deliver: Work closely with delivery, data, product, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Represent Diaceutics: Stay current on precision medicine trends and attend key meetings and conferences.
  • Own the Outcome: Take full accountability for account performance, growth, and client satisfaction.
